    Service and the pie was by far the best things about this place. The food wasn't bad nothing overly great. Portions were fair for the price. It needs some upgrades to restaurant to make it feel cleaner and more attractive.

    The very BEST burger I have ever had. Been there numerous times, and have tried almost everything on the menu. Everything is great. Honestly, I recommend this place.

    Great local place! You can feel the hot rod/racing/auto culture that is Kennedale with all the country hospitality you'd expect in a small town Texas cafe. Breakfast was fantastic at a somewhat less than "reasonable" price! Breakfast special included 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, hash browns (I thought) and choice of bacon, sausage or ham. I had the bacon and added a single biscuit with gravy and coffee and came in just under $12. I guess the hash browns didn't come with it? Otherwise it's $6.99 for the special which must only include the eggs, pancakes and meat? The only negative besides the price was the packaged gravy. Sorry, but for me to rate a breakfast place with 5 stars it'd better be truly homemade gravy. That said, it wasn't a bad tasting gravy at all. Please don't misunderstand. But when you've eaten as much gravy as I have, you learn to tell the difference. All in all I will DEFINITELY be returning and read the menu more carefully. And I feel confident in recommending this to anyone in the area.

    Was there today Monday February 25, 2019 @1:20pm. Was out of numerous items that I ask for, and what food we did get ( there were 3 of us) was cold or barely room temperature. I know they are only open until 2:30pm but I would assume they would try to keep the food hot to be served. We have been there several times around that same time and had the same experience. Once we got there at about noon and the food was amazing... Just wish we could get that same experience anytime before 2:30pm. I hope this helps Pitt Stop Cafe figure something out to solve this problem...
